Today, to celebrate George Casella’s visit for drafting the third edition of Monte Carlo Statistical Methods, we had an amazing Syrah Saint-Joseph called Chante-Perdrix! Very light, fruity, balanced… Thanks to those good souls who offered us this bottle! (I am now ready to test their Condrieu.)
