More typos

Edward Kao found a few more typos in the Markov chapter of  Monte Carlo Statistical Methods:

– on page 211, the kernel is called P instead of K twice.

– on page 212, the inequality in P(\tau_2>\tau_3) should be reversed.

– on page 213, in Example 6.14, the state size K should be M.

– on page 215, \theta x_n \overline{w}\sigma^{-2} should be 2\theta x_n \overline{w}

and he also noticed an h missing in the expectation of the last line of Problem 4.5 (a).
