about the NYPD profiling policy (e.g., 87 percent of police stops were of blacks and Latino). And also the staggering figure that more than ¼ of American women will have an abortion by age 45. (This is a projection from the 1.2 million yearly abortions figure.) Staggering in that it is so completely orthogonal to the current and massive political activism to reduce further and further access to abortion. As if such a large group of women did not count.
